Shipping
All orders will ship within two weeks, unless otherwise specified. We ship via USPS (choose between standard and priority shipping), but will ship via other carriers, if requested. Shipping costs may be higher for other carriers. All shipping costs include insurance. We do ship internationally - when checking out please select your country from the pulldown menu to get an estimate.

Returns
Refunds will be issued for any item that is returned within 14 days of receipt, if in its original packaging and condition. Any damaged, opened or used items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we have received the returned items, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.
